From my first contact with Hayley she put me completely at ease and was very generous with her time. The funeral home is beautiful and it is obvious that a lot of thought and effort has gone into making it as comfortable as possible. The whole team are professional, approachable, knowledgeable and very kind and caring. Hayley is such a lovely person and it is clear that she genuinely loves her work. The staff are very respectful and courteous. I have no hesitation in recommending Hayley and her team and felt supported at such a difficult time. Hayley Owens has been fantastic throughout the whole process from coming out to the house to meet with my brother before he passed, to guiding me through the process of what needed to happen after and helped take a lot of arrangements from my shoulders. On the day of the funeral Hayley and her team were so helpful and polite, they really did help a difficult day go smoothly.
