From the minute they picked Dad up to the day they did his funeral they dealt with every thing we wanted in a dignified and respectful way. 4stars as Hayley was fantastic, professional, and courteous but one member of the staff told a neighbour all about my wife’s Funeral before I had chance to tell her family, I would say sack him but his brother who is the neighbour said it’s his money backs the Company so it would not happen.

I would highly recommend Hayley, Dave and the whole Hayley Owen team. They provide a kind, compassionate and excellent service at a more than reasonable cost. Nothing was too much to ask and Hayley took the time and care to ensure every detail of my mum's funeral was just as we had wanted even in these difficult days.

Everyone at Haley Owen couldn’t have done anymore than what they did for me and our families. Hayley and all the staff help us all through such a sad time And made it as easy as I could be for us    Very very professional and so helpful with every detail which I am extremely grateful to all of them. I Wish I hadn’t have needed to choose a funeral service but I did and I no I choose the right one.

Hayley made the whole process as painless as it could be in the circumstances.  It was good that the whole team knew all the details so even if Hayley wasn’t available you could talk to someone else who knew what was happening,  She arranged everything which took a huge weight off dad and myself.  I liked that she personally knew all the providers for the various services and they were all local businesses.

Hayley and her team were absolutely amazing from start to finish at such a sad and stressful time for me.  They were emphatic with complete compassion and at the end of the phone whenever you needed them.
The chapel of rest rooms are tastefully styled to give a pleasant and calming atmosphere whilst visiting your loved ones, with no pressure to leave.
Also my elderly dog was welcomed with treats and attention.
On the whole a pleasant experience under such horrible circumstances.

We are so pleased we chose Hayley Owen’s, right from the start they put us at ease and were really helpful, they made a very difficult situation just that bit easier by helping us with the unknown’s and made sure everything was organised properly and exactly as we wanted it. We felt very comfortable for them to care for a cherished member of our family and it also felt a bit more personal than other directors we’ve had experience of in the past. The service was beautiful even under Covid conditions, and this was due to their input and recommendations. Thank you again Hayley & Victoria, we are very grateful to you.
