Every consideration was given to the wishes of Norman as conveyed by the family. We got everything that we asked for and we were never put under pressure to have anything that we had not asked for - there was no upselling to have a better coffin/more cars etc.
In dealing with Hayley we found her to be very professional with just the right balance of sympathy, empathy and realism it was very clear at every step that we were in control of the funeral and Hayley was there to deliver it for us. Very professional and a pleasure to deal with . We would highly recommend Hayley Owen Funeral Services.

My Family and I can not thank Hayley Owen enough for the way they looked after my Son. Nothing was too much trouble, in fact quite the opposite. Hayley, Dave and All the Staff concerned went above and beyond for him, and were amazing to my Family, at such a terribly heartbreaking time.
Nothing but complete compassion, and care was shown my Son, and for that we shall be eternally grateful.

Losing my husband is one of the hardest things I have faced. I wanted a service which summed up his life in a respectful, but not morbid, way. On meeting Hayley I found her to be approachable and relaxed and more like a friend than a Funeral Director. The Celebrant was Georgina Pugh, who again was perfect and interpreted our wishes exactly. Flowers by FloraDama were exquisite. I chose the burgundy Daimlers which were similar to our wedding cars and were so comfortable. The drivers were friendly but respectful.
All in all I can highly recommend Hayley Owen and when the invoice came, it was also less than I would have estimated.

all services provided were done with compassion and proffesional and also gave us time too discuss properly didnt feel rushed at all it was a even more difficult time due too lockdown restrictions but Hayley took the time too talk through alternative options too give mum the best send of we could .
