Hayley and her staff went above and beyond for our requirements for both the service at York Crematorium and for the Celebration of Life at the Dante Suite. I have unfortunately had to have dealings with Hayley Owens funeral home, firstly in 2018 for my mother and also 2025 for my father, I would like to say, Hayley,Dave and team have treated not only my parents with the utmost dignity and respect but us as the bereft family.
I would like to thank them for all of what they do in other people's sadness, amazing people.
When my time comes I would like to hope they will be there for me.

From my first contact with Hayley's team, I had nothing but a 1st class service.
David came to see me and my daughter, to go through what was expected before, during and after my wife's funeral. Everything went very well considering our grief. Beth organised proceedings before and on the day, she was a calming influence.
Our thanks also go out to Michelle Burns who delivered a sympathetic and entertaining service.
All in all they made what could have been a traumatic event into a memorable day
