I was very pleased with the service Hayley Owen funeral services gave, with the prompt arrival in the early hours of the morning after the death of my father. I found her very professional from start to finish. The only thing I would say I would of liked a little guidance on when to go into and out of the funeral as this was my first funeral.

I was blown away with how well we were looked after by Hayley Owens team. Patience took my brother, sister and me through every step of organising our Mums funeral. Patience was amazing! She put us at ease straight away, listened to everything we had to say and made great suggestions for the proper send off we were looking for.
The day of the funeral ran perfectly and this was down Patience and the team being calm, experienced and well presented.
I would highly recommend the service Hayley Owen provides. They make a horrible situation that bit easier by being caring, patient and respectful.

The second time I have used Hayley. First for my father's funeral and recently for my mother's cremation. I highly recommend her. A lovely mixture of warmth, care and the best vehicles!

The service provided by Hayley and staff; in particular Patience, was exceptional. They were transparent from the start about the cost and what to expect. Everyone we dealt with were knowledgable, nothing was too much trouble. Patience showed a great deal of understanding and compassion; making a very difficult time in unchartered territory more bearable.
My mother and I have been shown great empathy by everyone at Hayley Owen. They provide a kind, reliable service, even beyond the funeral. 
I highly recommend Hayley Owen and would not hesitate in using them again should the need arise.

From first getting in touch, to speaking with Patience, about everything we might like or need, everything was as lovely as it could be. When we went into Hayley Owens, it’s very peaceful and warm. They liaised with everyone we needed to and were lovely on the day. They have also been lovely and helpful afterwards. We would highly recommend them to look after your loved ones. At an extremely difficult time following my wife’s death Haley Owen provided all the support and help I needed.  She was available 24 hours a day to answer any questions I had or just to have a chat.  The actual day of the funeral was very well organised and everything went smoothly without any last minute hitches. I would strongly recommend Hayley to anyone in the same position I found myself.  She is the kind of reliable, organised person you need to help you through the bereavement process.

I cannot recommend Hayley Owen highly enough.
My late partner's funeral was arranged by Hayley and her team with a compassionate and user-friendly approach. It was clear from the various elements of the funeral, including the choice of the fantastic celebrant - Nicholas Boole (who also had an army background like my late partner) that Hayley Owen is creative, sensitive and thoughtful. No corners were cut and I am so grateful to them for creating a beautiful celebration of his life, something that was also commented upon by the attendees.
