The service which was provided by Mark and the whole team at A W Lymn Carlton for the funeral service of my Mother Margaret John.

The care which we received from the moment my Mother was collected and placed into the care of the Carlton branch was outstanding. We were treated with kindness and empathy throughout the whole process.

I could not have asked for anything more from the service and would like to offer my most sincere thanks for you making what is a very sad time more tolerable and allowing myself and the whole family the space which we need to begin our grieving process.

At a difficult time Mick and his colleagues made us feel at ease. Their professionalism and experience was invaluable to us. From collecting my dad's body to dressing and presenting him for us to view was faultless. Their support on the day of the funeral was invaluable and I cannot recommend their service enough. We feel that the funeral director A.W. Lymn Arnold was outstanding when dealing with the funeral of John Arthur Horsley. Ellie was so professional and explained everything clearly and in detail. Ellie answered all our questions and was always available to chat through any queries we had in person or on the telephone. She guided us through an extremely difficult time and was caring and patient. Ross was also extremely professional and thoughtful on the day of the funeral.The celebrant Keith Brown was second to none and he delivered the service with compassion, honesty and impeccable professionalism. We highly recommend this funeral company and can't thank them enough for an excellent and wonderful send off for our loved one.

I chose A W Lymn because I thought their website looked very professional and the service my family and I got from Pippa and Kevin supported that thought. Pippa was professional and explained everything clearly and in detail, nothing was too much trouble.Kevin was professional and thoughtful on the day of the funeral, allowing us the time which we needed to begin our grieving process.Stephen Wakeling conducted the "Celebration of Life" in a very empathic manner. We would highly recommend this funeral company.

From the moment they arrived with my dad's coffin and cars they treated my mum with such kindness.
She's disabled they bought the wheelchair to the front door and took time to make sure they placed my mum in funeral car and she was comfortable and even put her seat belt on.
Even after the service one gentleman wheeled her to the disabled toilet.
Didn't rush her when she was looking at flowers and wreaths.
Then gently put her back into car and so gently got her out again.
Would recommend you 100 %
Thank you for all your kindness from the very beginning from the moment I rang to inform you of my beloved dad passing away to the moment my mum exited the funeral car.
