I had to deal with a sudden bereavement as the only next of kin.
Michelle was fantastic- supportive, compassionate and professional from the first phone call in the midst of the initial crisis. She kept things moving but always had time to talk- a rare skill.
I would highly recommend her and the team at Cotmanhay. Nothing was too much trouble. They understand the emotional aspects of a bereavement but also hold your hand through the practicalities from organising the funeral to signposting how to register the death and what happens next.

Lymn were brilliant for my husband Charles Humphries funeral nothing was to much trouble.The pall bearers were really kind and caring.I went to see my husband in the chapel of rest the day before he looked really peaceful just like he was asleep also the chapel was a lovely calming place.It was Stacey that arranged everything for us she was very good made us feel at ease

He worked with other staff including Theresa Spencer, FD to make dads funeral go as well as it possible could in these pandemic times.  The family are very appreciate of all staff at Lymn’s including Jo at the central floristry department.
