Skye organised a very fitting funeral for my father. She was professional at all times and very kind, supportive and approachable.
Julie conducted the funeral perfectly, she was friendly, very supportive, intuitive and highly professional.

So happy with Skye, Wollaton Rd Branch. Skye went above and beyond my expectations. Skye arranged for Bow to come home the night before, and tried really hard to make him presentable, unfortunately too much time had passed, which she explained with compassionate care, even getting a set of Bows finger prints. Bows funeral was just perfect, The order of service brochure were exceptional, she arranged for us to have a video of Bow singing and a slideshow of photos played throughout the service. The hurst drivers were so kind and considerate. Thank you all our family are so grateful to you xx

We were treated with respect, dignity and care from the moment we made contact with Skye at Lymns in Wollaton to the last moment that we were dropped off by Kirby after the funeral. Everything was explained to us and there were a few little extra things that we weren't expecting, like the memory book...we would definitely use them again if we find ourselves in this position in the future. We received excellent service from our initial point of contact with Skye to the funeral and subsequent burial led by Matthew. Everything went smoothly and all the staff we met were sympathetic and helpful. My family has used Lymm on a number of occasions previously and I would certainly continue to commend them to friends and contacts.

AW. Lymn helped me and my siblings organise my father's funeral. Skye was helpful in guiding us through each stage, giving us time to think about different aspects of the service and choices we had to make. She put us in touch with a lovely celebrant who helped with the service itself. Skye was patient and sensitive at what was a difficult time to have to make decisions. Skye was prompt in replying to questions whether that be by email or phone. We found Lymn were flexible to accommodate our wishes in how we wanted to say goodbye to my father.
On the day of the funeral the directors were calm, kind and professional. Everything was just so. It was nice to be know we were in good hands and could concentrate on what we needed to on the day of the funeral.
