From the very first phone call I was confident I had chosen the right people to look after my dear wife and that proved to be the case. I had carefully planned what I wanted and Kirby and Julia made sure that everything was executed perfectly. A truly professional service delivered with care and empathy. The online obituary facility along with the online viewing of the service were used and appreciated by a large number of friends and family, truly excellent additions to the overall service provided. Kirby and the team handled the arrangements with kindness and compassion under difficult circumstances brought on by Covid. Despite this setback, they were willing and able to help us achieve a beautiful service for Dad; often going the extra mile. Thank you so so much for making my dads final farewell so lovely.

It was so important to me to make it perfect in every way possible for him and you made my wish achievable.

You worked so hard with all my requests and most importantly of all, you looked after my precious dad for me whilst he was in your care. There is absolutely no one I would have rather taken care of him for me.

All in all, you made organising my dads funeral as stress free as at all possible. You were so kind and knowledgeable about absolutely everything! You have been a real help to me throughout this whole horrendously sad time.

You all achieved the farewell I wanted for my dad and delivered him so seamlessly to his final resting place.

I will be eternally grateful to you all for coordinating this very important day for my dad and myself. It was so perfect.

I felt very comfortable discussing issues and raising any questions with Kirby at the Wollaton Office. Her manner was lovely. When she was not there her colleagues also provided an excellent service. The opportunity to have the service streamed and then a recording on the obituary page were much appreciated. The Covid safety measures were good.
It was very much appreciated that Nigel found time to be there for us at the chapel.
