I had used A W Lymn in Arnold for my sons funeral and they couldn't be faulted so I decided to use A W Lymn in Wollaton for my mum. I appreciate their compassion and patience in helping me navigate through a difficult process. Kirby was so sweet and always assuring me if I had any doubts. Some people are well suited to what they do and you will find at A W Lymn, there's an abundance of them.

I am sorry I have to mark this experience as average but feel I have no choice because of a few very important mishaps, firstly we were unable to have the coffin we chose as it got damaged when being delivered, I am very surprised this wasn't organised a lot better as there was more than enough time from us going in to chose everything? We were offered a much cheaper coffin at a good reduction but it looked very cheap so we went with another one nearer the price we had chosen and was offered a much less reduction which was very odd.
The viewing was very disappointing with at least 4 points of low standards that I feel would be wrong of me to go in to detail about in this review as it wouldn't be appropriate but would be will to speak to someone from Lymns about.
Had it not been for these important issues it would have got a much higher score

Very professional service.
All employees are extremely friendly, helpful and efficient. They are very patient and understanding of clients needs and always at hand to answer any questions.(Especially Skye and Kirby)
Funeral was very dignified and worked like clockwork due to Lymm's efficiency.
Would recommend to everyone without hesitation

Me and my partner are extremely grateful for Kirby at Lymns Wollaton for helping us arrange a beautiful service for our little girl Wren. We knew from first meeting her that we made the right decision to choose Lymns. She was supportive and comforting all throughout arrangement plans and on the day our little girls service. We can’t thank Kirby enough for everything she’s done and the support she’s provided during what has been the most difficult time in our lives.

I initially decided to go with Lymn's because they were just across the road from me. However, I am really very pleased the way in which they handled Mum's funeral. Everything went perfectly and a special thank you to Colum and Gary.
