The staff at A. W. Lymn West Bridgford could not be faulted. Their professionalism, compassion and care were exemplary. We felt listened to at all times and they were quick to respond to each and every query. Every member of staff that we came into contact with showed such kindness and understanding and we were kept informed every step of the way. The funeral was everything we could have hoped for and there must be a special mention of the beautiful orders of service. A heartfelt thank you to Emily (who dealt with every query with good grace and for recommending Suzanne to take the service) and Gary for his helpfulness on the actual day. We are so grateful to you all for making a difficult time much easier.
