we received excellent service throughout the process. Andrew Brown was compassionate during the organisational stages and on the day of the funeral Sarah Derbyshire acted with great care and kindness to make a very difficult day for all of us as easy as possible. All the other staff were kind and professional at all times.

Established in 1992 and located at Rutland House, A.W. Lymn's West Bridgford office is run by funeral director Andrew Brown, with the assistance of funeral arranger Samantha Alla-Mensah. Edward Martin is the Senior funeral director for the south area and is also based at A.W. Lymn's West Bridgford Office
The branch includes two visiting rooms and a family rooms There is parking space to the back and front of the building.
The office is open Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm and on Saturdays, from 9 am to 12.30 pm. You can also get assistance at any time of the day by calling the telephone number and we will arrange an appointment at your convenience.
The branch covers all of West Bridgford and its surrounding area including Bradmore, Bunny, Compton Acres, Edwalton, Gamston, Holme Pierrepont, Keyworth, Tollerton, Widmerpool, Wilford, Willoughby on the Wolds, Wymeswold, Wysall and beyond.
Former president of the National Association of Funeral Directors, Nigel Lymn Rose, is a director at A W Lymn The Family Funeral Service, along with his sister Jackie and his son Matthew.

I cannot recommend this Company enough. From start to finish everything was thought through and Sarah was so easy to talk to especially at such a difficult time. The Hurse was immaculate and my Mother's Coffin made of wicker looked so pretty, fit for a Princess. It was a beautiful occasion. The Rev Dakin was superb and everything went according to plan. The Order of Service booklets were beautiful. Many thanks for making what was a very sad day such a ray of sunshine for our family and friends.Cannot thank you enough.

Generally the service was excellent and very efficient. The only slightly negative comment was the timing of the funeral procession. There was insufficient time made available, which in turn created a sense of rush and slight feeling of lack of respect.

Brian your funeral director tells me he had already extended the timings by five minutes, and as the first funeral of the day we could have moved the pickup time to even earlier for you had we considered we still had not enough time. Thank you for your otherwise positive comments, and I hope that this did not affect your lasting impression of the funeral service.
