Excellent, but the green death cert form went missing within Lymns, and when we met the hearse in our cars in front of the West Bridgford shop/office, the Lymn van was parked in the way so that "assembling" our cars was awkward.

Professional and helpful with gentle guidance through funeral process
Established in 1992 and located at Rutland House, A.W. Lymn's West Bridgford office is run by funeral director Andrew Brown, with the assistance of funeral arranger Emily Case and reception and administration assistant Samantha Mensah. Edward Martin is the Senior funeral director for the south area and is also based at A.W. Lymn's West Bridgford Office
The branch includes two visiting rooms and a family rooms There is parking space to the back and front of the building.
The office is open Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm and on Saturdays, from 9 am to 12.30 pm. You can also get assistance at any time of the day by calling the telephone number and we will arrange an appointment at your convenience.
The branch covers all of West Bridgford and its surrounding area including Bradmore, Bunny, Compton Acres, Edwalton, Gamston, Holme Pierrepont, Keyworth, Tollerton, Widmerpool, Wilford, Willoughby on the Wolds, Wymeswold, Wysall and beyond.
Former president of the National Association of Funeral Directors, Nigel Lymn Rose, is a director at A W Lymn The Family Funeral Service, along with his sister Jackie and his son Matthew.

I am so sorry that prior some content of an email was missed by our funeral arranger and although this resulted in a lower appraisal of our service than it would otherwise have been I am just grateful that the omissions were actioned in time for the funeral. It was very nice of you to mention to my colleagues that you remembered us camping together in the Lake District even though we have not met for over fifty years. Thank you.

We are glad that everything was excellent on the day and that you were particularly pleased with the Rolls-Royce Hearse used on the funeral. It is unfortunate that you felt the green certificate had been misplaced, this was not the case it was just that these arrive at our head office and with COVID restrictions in place limiting in person visits to our offices these can take a day or so to arrive at the correct branch. Finally we are sorry that one of our vehicles was parked in the client parking at the front of the office. We apologise that this negatively impacted upon your day but thank you for bringing this to our attention so that we can address it with the staff members involved. All individuals who I dealt with through out organising of the day were extremely helpful and supportive. The minister also gave a very good service and was a great guide and support.

Due to Covid 19 with all it’s shielding and distancing rules and regulations, the entire funeral planning was done over the phone. Everyone I spoke to was incredibly helpful and supportive. Nothing was too much trouble and the entire funeral went without a hitch. Thank you so much.
