It was difficult to know where to start especially as Mum had passed away at home. Shannon was instantly reassuring and clear with instructions without overwhelming us. She is professional yet friendly, understanding and sympathetic. The arrangements went like clockwork and we never once regretted choosing Richard and Shannon Jenkins Funeral Directors. 5 stars well deserved.

Recently had to make use of the services of a funeral director and Richard and Shannon Jenkins, a local family run business, were recommended to me. I can honestly say my mind was put at rest immediately and I felt that a huge weight had been lifted from my shoulders. They took care of everything with quiet dignity and respect for my father. Everything went smoothly on the day and everyone remarked at how well things had gone, which was, in fact, down to the quiet efficiency of Richard and Shannon and their family. Shannan is absolutely amazing. She guided us through everything so easily and appropriately. There new parlour is stunning and doest have that ‘funeral home’ feeling about it, feels so nice and peaceful. 

I would only ever use shannan and ritchie jenkins should the time arise id need to.
