The whole family at Richard & Shannon funeral directors were amazing, they couldn’t do enough for you from start to finish.  They were all so kind, considerate, caring and supportive in my family’s time of distress.  Never intrusive but always there in the background and when you needed them.  One of son’s was so kind to me when I went to pieces and broke down going into the chapel of rest and he wouldn’t leave me and offered to go in with me and hold my hand, that act of kindness is what gets you through those dark times. My family and I can’t thank you all enough at RS Jenkins.  I would absolutely recommend you always.  Thank you x

The Professionalism, guidance and advice received were second to none. We were kept fully updated at all times. The care given to our Mum helped us so much as a family. Support given to our Brother, Husband's and Son's as bearers on the day of the funeral was exceptional.
We would fully recommend the Services of this wonderful Family Team.

Richie & Shannon are the nicest people I have ever met. 

The lovely environment and the care and compassion shown to us as a family was truly heartfelt.

We did not have to worry about anything, all arrangements were taken care of for my Gramps funeral and nothing was too much trouble.

I have never been to this funeral parlour before but would defiantly recommend  it, The minute you enter the building it’s make you feel at ease and calm considering your unset and grieving for the person who as passed away which was my lovely sister Marion mcmillan, The staff our so lovely and can’t do enough for you, I would like to thank Shannon and all there staff for all there help, advice and support from the bottom off my heart, Susan case xx

My husband and I live in London but when he died it was his request that his cremation should take place in his home city of Liverpool. Shannon Jenkins was wonderful throughout. She arranged transfer of his body to their chapel of repose and made all the necessary arrangements with the crematorium, arranging a notice in the Liverpool Echo, booking a minister to lead the service, printing of the service book and flowers. She also helped in choosing a venue for refreshments afterwards. It was lovely to meet her the day before and the team on the day were charming and efficient. Excellent service.
