First time I've been involved in arranging a funeral and Shannon's guidance and support was what was required at such an emotional time. Dealt with all matters efficiently and professionally. Very personable service from all at RSJ, a very caring family business, experts in their field. Would highly recommend.

I cannot speak highly enough of Richard and Shannon Jenkins Funeral Directors. Shannon is so genuine and down to earth. She clearly has good links with other stakeholders in the funeral process such as religious ministers, florists, local press (obituaries) and can therefore secure good services at a good price, the benefit of which, I feel, was passed onto us. The company is family run which is nice and facilitated the personalised service that we received. Nothing was too much trouble and RSJ bent over backwards to make sure that everything was taken care of. The staff were all approachable and empathetic. I really can’t thank those involved in my dad’s funeral enough for the professional service they provided and also for just being lovely at a very difficult time.

RSJ were wonderful all the way through. They were empathetic and guided us through the process. Nothing was too much trouble- they accommodated changes in requests patiently. All of their partners ( florists, printers and celebrant) were equally excellant.Ultimately the funeral service was beautiful and a fitting send off for our mum. We are very grateful for the service and support provided.

At times like these you not only need good communication but you need guidance and support plus cooperation and Richard & Shannon provided all this and kept us informed at every step of the way way. They done this sensitivity and care. 

You can ask for any information and advice which they do without any pressure or persuasion and no request is dismissed and all options made available. Excellent customer service from first point of contact . Very professional with everything they did for our family. Nothing was too much trouble for Shannon and Richard and their team. Everything they said they would do on our behalf they did to exact detail .  The chapel of the rest was immuculate and we were made very welcome when we visited. On the day of the funeral everything went like clockwork , the drivers were very professional and ensured elderly members of the family were supported from the moment we were picked up until after the funeral. On the day Richard ensured everything went to time from arriving at our home to getting to the church and then the crematorium. As  far as cost was concerned this was reasonable beraing in mind the excellent service. Our family would recommend RSJ to any other family in our  position.

Shannon was brilliant with me and my family on the build up to and after my mum's funeral , Richard was excellent on the day , very professional and ultra calm , no one wants to organise a funeral but I wouldn't hesitate to use Richard and Shannon again , the whole experience and price was spot on thanks again

I can not recommend this company enough. They sorted every little detail (at such a difficult time for the family) and we had practically nothing to arrange as it was all taken care of....flowers, order of service, music etc.

Shannon truly felt like a family friend by the time she’d left after our initial appointment to arrange the funeral of our loved one.

A big thank you to Richard, Shannon and the boys for all the assistance in making the proceedings pass smoothly and seemingly problem free. 
Thanks to Shannon for last minute changes to the order of service paperwork and music. 
Thanks to Father John Williams, that Richard managed to bring out of retirement for at least a second time, for lovely heart felt messages. 
Having now used Richard Jenkins services five times previously, I have no hesitation in recommending him and his family.
