Richard ,Shannon and all of the Jenkins team are respectful and take care of every aspect of the funeral that starts with the initial phone. They guide a family every step of the way and nothing is to much trouble for them. They show empathy to everyone. We would recommend Richard and Shannon to anyone, we cannot thank them enough for the care they took looking after our loved one and then looking after us as a family and also the care and attention in the days leading up to the funeral and then the actual internment. Everything was the way we wished it to be.

We have used them previously and because of their friendly and professional approach we used them for my dads funeral.
From the start of the process, picking my dad up from our home, their respect and professionalism was impeccable.
The cost of the funeral was also very reasonable and would highly recommend Richard, Shannon and the whole team for the quality of service from beginning to end. Thank you all for your empathy and providing an excellent cremation service, your compassion and professionalism made the day more bearable and we gave my dad an excellent send off considering the circumstances of Covid

Richard and Shannon provided an excellent service with efficiency and sensitivity at a very difficult time. Shannon's assistance was invaluable and took away a lot of the stress associated with arranging a funeral. We were given time to decide what we wanted and were guided every step of the way. From the moment Richard came to take our mother to the chapel of rest to bringing us home again after the funeral we felt confident in the service provided. RICHARD AND SHANNON JENKINS FUNERAL DIRECTORS,

From the first morning they picked mum up to take her to rest at the funeral parlour until the day of the funeral itself, we received nothing but care and attention to detail. The professional business side of the funeral shone through and went according to plan as the team went above and beyond their remit.
The personal relationship we developed with all the team will never be forgotten. Our Mum, Nan and Nin, was the most special thing in the world to us all and never were we made to feel otherwise. From her decline in the latter weeks and the pain she endured, you would never of known with the help of Shannon. Mum looked beautiful and for the first time in a long time, free from pain. This made it much easier to spend more time with her than we would of thought possible.
The funeral itself with the current covid restrictions was something the family was dreading. The team made it a much easier process assisting and advising with cars, social distancing and recommending the finer details.
Overall, I would always recommend R&S Jenkins to anyone going through the loss of a loved one or family. To hope for the best on an important journey like that but to get the best and much more, is priceless.

I can’t thank Shannon and her team enough, they went above and beyond to help us in a difficult time. We were having difficulties with the GP and registrars due to covid and Shannon really put the extra effort in to help us sort it. Her brother was so friendly and great at the funeral as well and gave clear instructions to ourselves and the guests which helped alleviate any uncertainty in regards to the process and covid rules. They all made us feel comfortable and gran really felt that grandad was in the right hands. Thank you
