I can’t put into words just how fantastic a service we received from RSJ,from the moment I rang them in the early hours of the morning to regular phone calls and then a visit to their chapel to see my mum,the service was nothing short of superb.When they brought my mum home and the day of the funeral,once again they were absolutely fantastic and I can’t thank them or praise them enough ❤️❤️❤️

From start to finish everyone was helpful and caring. We felt that our mum was in safe hands. They listened and incorporated everything we wanted for our mums funeral. We were able to give her the send of she deserved. Shannon was extremely helpful and made every part of the funeral easy to arrange. On the day of the funeral Barry and Ryan were great they ensured the service went smoothly and looked after us at this hard time. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

Shannon and Ritchie have both been amazing helping us organise our relatives funeral. They have kept us updated with all the Coronavirus regulations and how it would affect our funeral. I would highly recommended them.

The service I received was sensitive and efficient. The only aspect that prevents me awarding 5 stars is that there was no discussion of their charges.I chose not to bring up the issue.As it was I had no idea what their charges would be until I received the invoice.I have no quarrel with the charges.

This is a genuine family business. Richard and Shannon are extremely competent and helpful in what is the most difficult of times for anyone, who has to go through it. They deal with the situation with empathy and compassion and played a major part in helping give my Mother a memorable and fitting send-off. Highly recommend.

RSJ were so helpful throughout the process. They talked us through everything and were incredibly supportive and helpful. Originally it was just nan's funeral they were planning and so when grandad suddenly died 11 days after nan, they were very supportive and didn’t mind completely changing the original plans.  You can tell it’s a family run business as there’s a personal touch. They’re very professional and definitely the best in the business.

The whole family at Richard & Shannon funeral directors were amazing, they couldn’t do enough for you from start to finish.  They were all so kind, considerate, caring and supportive in my family’s time of distress.  Never intrusive but always there in the background and when you needed them.  One of son’s was so kind to me when I went to pieces and broke down going into the chapel of rest and he wouldn’t leave me and offered to go in with me and hold my hand, that act of kindness is what gets you through those dark times. My family and I can’t thank you all enough at RS Jenkins.  I would absolutely recommend you always.  Thank you x
