Shannon, Richard and all the staff provided us with a service second to none. They are a fantastic team. From the first phone call we were treated in a caring, polite manner and made to feel at ease. Losing a loved one during this terrible time of covid-19 and having to deal with all the restrictions regarding funerals just adds to all the heartbreak. We were guided and supported through all the new procedures and everything was put in place to make the service a special one. We can never thank you all enough for care that you showed our family.

I was very happy with services received especially in this time of lockdown although all arrangements made by phone and email it was done sensitively and with efficiency the funeral directors were helpful and always answered phone or got back to me with any questions I had all the arrangements were done as I had asked I would definitely recommend to anyone with a funeral to arrange

Jenkins Funeral Directors provided our family with an excellent standard of service especially during the lockdown as a result of the Coronavirus outbreak. From the moment of our first enquiry when everything was outlined to us, right through to the day of the funeral, it was all handled with courtesy, dignity and respect for our family grieving during this difficult time.

I highly recommend Richard and Shannon Jenkins Funeral Directors. From start to finish, their care and professionalism was second to none.

Shannon was my point of contact and nothing was too much trouble for her. She dealt with a family dispute with calm and dignity. I always felt supported and she earned my absolute trust during a difficult time. She also helped me organise flowers and order of service sheets which could have been a problem as everything had to be organised by phone and email due to lockdown.

The actual funeral was as perfect as it could be, given the Covid 19 lockdown. Everything was managed by Richard who was as caring and professional as his sister
.
I cannot thank them enough for the service they provided and wish them continued success for the future.

We have used RSJ previously and know they offer a superb service, great value for money and always friendly whenever we've met them during the funeral or in their offices in Allerton Liverpool. I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for a really good funeral director service.
