Funeral Director
In loving memory of Joanne Bate (Nee Huss) who sadly passed away on 27th October 2025. Wife of Kevin, Mum to Lauren and Oliver (and Marley!), and Nanna to Inés (and Rio). Daughter to David Huss and Joan Huss. We will miss Jo greatly and life will never be the same without her. Jo loved spending time with her family, going on holiday, shopping and listening to music, going on coffee trips, meals outs and theatre visits. Jo was well travelled, having spent many a summer in the USA growing up with her family, and extending those adventures into her adult life with trips to Spain, Switzerland, France, Germany, Italy, Belgium, The Netherlands, and The USA to name a few.
Jo battled with cancer for a number of years and remained strong in her own fight until the end. Having been diagnosed, Jo wanted to carry life on as normal and live life to the full.
