David Theobold (9 May 1958 - 1 Jul 2026)

It is with great sadness that I share the heartbreaking news that my wonderful husband, soulmate & best friend, Dave (Theo) Theobold, sadly passed peacefully away on 1st July 2026.

Dave was dearly loved and will be deeply missed by his family, friends and everyone who had the pleasure of knowing him. He will forever remain in our hearts.

A celebration of Dave’s life will be held on Friday 7th August at 12:00pm at South Leicestershire Crematorium Countesthorpe.

Family and friends are warmly invited to attend as we come together to celebrate his life and say our final goodbye. Bright colours are encouraged (and shorts are acceptable - it is for Dave after all). For family and friends further afield, the service will be live-streamed and a link will be shared closer to the time.

Family flowers only, please. In lieu of flowers, donations in Dave’s memory would be gratefully received for his favoured charities, LOROS Hospice and Mesothelioma UK.

Tracey and family would like to warmly invite everyone to join them afterwards at The Old Inn, Littlethorpe to share memories and celebrate Dave’s life together.
