The saddest time of my life,now it is all over i would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart.The service had to be perfect to honour Nayoung and indeed it was.The service was streamed to South Korea and Chicago.Attention to detail and respect of my wishes were all carried out perfectly and fine tuned as ideas evolved. Naomi and then Fred have been very professional. They had dressed and shaved Dad and he looked like he used to. Fred was very good on the day. We have the internment of the Ashes tomorrow. Hopefully that will be as professional. We would definitely recommend them. Thank you.

I felt all the preparation- viewing, flowers, coffin choice, small details were all discussed and approached with real sensitivity and care. I felt genuine sympathy from Lisa and Naomi; and  I-was very very impressed with Naomi’s on-the-day delivery of all the aspects…attentive, careful, considerate, thoughtful and appropriately upbeat. The cars were immaculate and driven well.

Honestly can not thank Richard Ward enough for their wonderful service. From the very first moment you are treated with such kindness and gentleness. You are treated as though you are family and their support goes beyond the norm. I unfortunately have had to experience them multiple times first with the loss of my mum and then again for the loss of my little boy who was born sleeping, and they guided and supported us the whole way through and gave extra special treatment for us and our little girl. Thank you for everything.
