The kind & caring staff took care of my mother & guided me through, 1 of the most difficult times in my life. They are professional, in all aspects of their work & have a great depth of knowledge, that was invaluable during my time of need. This made making difficult decisions, so much easier. If I changed my mind on something , it was no trouble, if we added something, that was fine. 
I can’t thank them enough for their care & compassion. 
Everything on the day, was just as it should have been. 
I never realised organising a funeral could be so stressful, but they really took care of us. Helping us as a family to prepare & grieve. 
I would & have definitely recommend them.

Absolutely nothing was too much trouble for any of you to sort out and we so appreciate your fantastic time and efforts applied to enable such a smooth and successful service for Bernard who was so very deserving of such an occasion. Such special and heartfelt thanks go to Fred, Chelsea and Naomi, also to Keith the celebrant who Fred so kindly   recommended. Equally, we are aware that many others work so very hard to make it all happen so such wonderful and sincere thanks to you all. We would wholeheartedly recommend your funeral service to others. Everyone we dealt with at Richard Ward was very understanding, professional and compassionate.

Would have been useful if, at the start of the process we were advised upon the obituary page and just giving link. This was not done until prompted by me.

Could not have asked for a better service. The passing of dad was very unexpected and planning a funeral was something my sister and I never expected to be doing at this point in our lives. I have no hesitation in recommending their services after having experienced their compassionate and professional handling of the funeral service for my wife of 60 years. I was amazed how many people came up to me to say what a lovely service it had been , there were so many that they could not have been saying it just to be polite
