Having Mr John Weir, a childhood friend of my father personally conduct the service and walk in front of the hearse was a true honor.
From start to finish every member of the team was exceptionally helpful, sympathetic and attentive to our needs.

The whole process was extremely smooth and seamless. Emma helped me provide an excellent send off and service for my mum and communication between us was excellent. The order of strove book was stunning and the celebrant gave lots of personal touches to my mum’s life. The whole experience was very positive and I would definitely recommend John Weir to any one in the future

The service they offered is what you want. Not what is easy for them. They treat you and your love one with the respect and dignity. They helped you to get the funeral you would wish for you love one. I know because I lost my wife and they helped me to get through that difficult time. And the will do the same for you.

Losing a truly loved one takes your breath away and our family lost both my brother and Mum within a year of each other but the service we received from John Weir has been exceptional.

John Weir Funeral Directors took away any additional stress in arranging the right type of funeral for dad, managing any and all concerns and query efficiently, with sensitivity and compassion for our much loved family member. Emma at Parkwood was always available and guided us through the process, making sure we were happy at each step. Ben managed everything very well on the day, supporting our family members as bearers and ensuring our wishes were carried out from start to finish. Overall, they helped us to make sure dad's funeral was personal and reflective of the great man he was and the love we have for him, thankyou so much.

I highly recommend john weir they are so friendly and helpful and make all the arrangements much easier right to the final day.On the day of the funeral the staff were very helpful and made the whole thing feel special.I just want to say a big thankyou from myself and family to all the staff that were involved.
