Chapmans and Thornalley were the third provider I contacted, but following the initial discussion the decision was easy. I spoke to Nicola, and her professional, reassuring and sympathetic approach, gave me the confidence they would provide the service we required. Everything has gone like clockwork, and we are so grateful at this difficult time. Many thanks to all involved.

5 Sallyanne Palmer 15th Oct 2020

We can not fault the professional service we have received. The care that we received was outstanding.
Derek ensured that we know what we needed to do and by when. He had also made sure that he had to hand the details from our late fathers funeral so that we could reflect on this and make sure that our mother’s funeral was as well planned.
Nichola had time to listen when I called in and she also kept me updated via emails.
Chris was also very professional, sending over the order of service.
Due a time of uncertainty and upset, we were give care, guidance and support.
Thank you on behalf of all of the family

5 Christine Rayner 3rd Oct 2020

What a wonderful, professional and compassionate service that was provided by Thornalleys. Ray personally dealt with us and was very attentive. Although we could not have the funeral service we would have liked due to coronavirus restrictions, he still made sure that the best funeral service possible was arranged and made sure we were happy with everything. We cannot thank Ray enough for helping us at such a difficult time.

From the first phone call through to the funeral we were treated with respect, compassion and a caring attitude. Everything was explained really well, we were not rushed by any member of staff. The funeral ran smoothly and so did the live streaming for mums family and friends who could not make it.
Thank you very much.
