Unfortunately this is the second time I have used Debbie Bennett’s in the space of a year but my family and I couldn’t have felt any better taken care of. From the moment Catherine entered our home to support with a funeral plan, Ann supporting us with cups of tea to Gemma letting me send my dad off in a most personal way we couldn’t have been in safer hands. I can’t thank them all enough for making such an emotional day perfect for us.

Professional from start to finish. The gentlemen who collected the deceased were excellent and remained professional and thoughtful throughout the whole process. Terri-Anne in the Bootle office used the right words of comfort at the right time, and the funeral which was on Friday last, was conducted in a calm and reassuring manner thanks to the staff involved as it was obviously a stressful and upsetting time for the family. To be highly recommended.

Wonderful service at debbie Bennett. I only dealt with alison. In the day if my aunts death at the hospice, I was told we would have to move her. In finding their number, they took all the stress off us by taking my aunt into their care. Wonderful service from them. Highly recommend them to all.

I cannot fault the service provided by Debbie Bennett FD. From the moment my mum was taken into their care, to picking her ashes up I was shown nothing but kindness and respect. Nothing was too much trouble and they really did take care of everything. I would especially like to mention Ann, Catherine and Gemma, who were so kind and compassionate. I cannot recommend Debbie Bennett FD enough. Thank you for taking such good care of my mum xx

Morning kerry munn her voice was so soft and sweet perfected xalison was amazing with me sorting paper work out heart ov gold and me crying my eyes out and thank u to helen who made my son look amazing lost with out him x thank to bebbie for staying late one night to let us visit my son wayne and all your drivers and staff were great keep hold ov them all x and a big wooff to your lovley dogs thay part ov your firm as well thank you so much all my love to you and keep good work up keep safe and well love you all god bless 💋💋💋💋💋💋💋💋💔💔💔💔

These are the nicest people to deal with and made me feel so at ease, I really couldn't fault them at any stage. Terri-Ann in the Bootle office is AMAZING at her job, I'm actually going to miss talking to her.
I 100% would recommend using this funeral directors to anyone, what lovely lovely people.

The girls in the Bootle branch Terriann & Joanne were absolutely brilliant from the very first contact and throughout what was such a difficult time. Losing someone dear to you can be one of the hardest things in life to come to terms with. This could be even more difficult without the help and advice from people who know how you're feeling and can guide you through this in a respectful and comforting way. This is exactly how the two wonderful ladies, Terriann and Joanne at Debbie Bennett Funeral Directors in Bootle helped myself and my family through this traumatic situation. Such a lovely, friendly team , made everything easier , John and our driver dave were amazing on the day an I honestly couldn't of done it without them and Ali, and Lois. Highly recommend and I know we don't like to say it but I will only ever use Debbie Bennetts in the future

Also after waiting 2 weeks my mother in law still looked beautiful thanks to their hardworking caring team.

Debbie and her wonderful team made the days after our dads passing more bearable, we were treated with compassion, dignity and professionalism. We visited the office in Rainhill several times and we're always greeted with genuine care, a shoulder to cry on and a listening ear. Particular thanks to Gemma who lead the beautiful service on the funeral day. We had 3 family cars, all spotless with lovely courteous drivers. They organised flowers and cards too. The whole experience from start to finish was 5 star. Thank you for looking after our lovely dad so well
