Debbie and her wonderful team made the days after our dads passing more bearable, we were treated with compassion, dignity and professionalism. We visited the office in Rainhill several times and we're always greeted with genuine care, a shoulder to cry on and a listening ear. Particular thanks to Gemma who lead the beautiful service on the funeral day. We had 3 family cars, all spotless with lovely courteous drivers. They organised flowers and cards too. The whole experience from start to finish was 5 star. Thank you for looking after our lovely dad so well

Terri Anne, was supportive and understanding. She guided us through one of the most difficult times in our lives. She is an absolute credit to your company. The FD Jo and the drivers were compassionate and supportive throughout the afternoon of John's funeral.

Everyone I met in the company from the funeral director to the drivers were so kind and helpful in every way. Cannot thank Debbie and the team enough. They went above and beyond in helping us at the most devastating time of our lives nothing was too much trouble. They definitely made the hardest time for us all that much easier. Ann and Catherine in the office are amazing alway there when you needed anything even if it was just a chat and I felt comfortable our little girl was in safe hands and well looked after with them at times when we couldn’t be there. We would also like to thank John for all his help from travelling 190 miles to bring our little angel home to us and keeping in contact with us all the way to the day of her funeral making sure everything went smoothly. My only regret is not using Debbie and the team a few years earlier when my mum had passed away I feel they would of made that day a lot easier too. Again we cannot thank Debbie and the team enough for all their kindness, compassion, generosity and the care and respect they showed to our Gabriella we will be forever grateful.
