From the moment we walked through the door we were taken care of and looked after with compassion. We found the help, advice and all round service was very professional and felt that everyone was focused on trying to make the worst of times as trouble free and memorable as it could be in a good way.

We as a family couldn’t praise Debbie Bennett’s funeral parlour enough. The service from the staff went above and beyond our expectations. We wasn’t pushed into anything and everything we did want was done to the highest of standard and with the least of fuss. Their professionalism and attention to detail is second to none. Each and every one of the staff went above and beyond with the kindness, warmth and understanding not only of my much loved mum but for us as a family. and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Debbie and her staff where excellent nothing was any trouble for then. Everything we asked for was done in a perfect way. When I went to prescot to see my husband it was warm and welcoming. Thank you to Debbie and all the staff for making everything perfect.

Words cannot describe how we feel about Debbie Bennett. The care they showed to us as a family, made the process so much bearable. The effort that was made to show how our loved one was being looked after, helped so much when we had to leave him.

Throughout the whole process it felt like you were dealing with friends. Nothing was too much trouble from the begging to the end.

From the initial meeting with Terri-Ann to the funeral director Joanne plus, all the drivers, we were overwhelmed by the upmost  professionalism which was shown to both our dad and the wider family. 
The courteous manner in which everything was clearly explained and planned enabled a traumatic episode in our family’s life to be significantly less painful. 
Our family could not praise their service enough and would highly recommend them to any future family requiring a first class funeral.
