I can’t praise Nigel Guilders highly enough. We recently entrusted them with our dear Mums arrangements and the service we received was nothing short of superb! These occasions are always difficult enough for the nearest and dearest of those departed to cope with but Guilders made the whole procedure as painless as it possibly could be. The staff were incredibly friendly and warm while still maintaining the highest degree of professionalism, nothing was too much trouble and everything from start to finish was very polished and without any hiccups whatsoever.
It seems obvious to say now but they have earned my highest recommendation.

We were very impressed with Nigel Guilder's service, whom we have now used twice.

By sheer coincidence at the time of the funeral, we were driving past their premises just as the hearse was leaving for the crematorium. We witnessed a display of respect and dignity that was unplanned. Seeing the manner in which they operate when they do not expect anyone to be watching was quite touching.

They were professional yet friendly and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Nigel Guilder Ltd. provided my family & I the very best service for my father's funeral. From the very first contact with them, we were treated with compassion & respect by a small team of wonderful & kind people. They took the time to listen to our specific requests, to ensure that my father's wishes were respected & went above & beyond in seeing them carried out.

The funeral itself was a beautifully curated tribute to my father, which the team worked so hard to arrange. That so many attendees commented on it is testament to their work & we will remember it for many years to come.

Nigel Guilder Ltd were recommended by a family friend and we are very pleased with the service they provided.

They took care of all arrangements after consulting our family on our preferences. They were easily approachable for guidance and were able to recommend local services, such as florists, that we used. They introduced us to a celebrant who was a pleasure to work with and officiated at a service which was well received by our family and other mourners.

During this terrible time for all of us, Sarah and her team were sensitive, caring and simply magnificent. She helped us choose a wicker casket that was perfect for Caroline and guided us through all of the procedures leading to Committal at Test Valley.  She helped us with the very difficult matters of how she should be dressed and also arranged for the Orders of Service to be printed so effectively and carefully by the Print Room under Craig's guidance. The Limosines and hearse were carefully organised and we sent Caroline off in great style. Thank you Sarah!

When visiting the office we were made to feel relaxed by Sarah, and not rushed at a very difficult time for us. The various options were carefully explained to us by Sarah, and the prices were clearly set out in the brochure we were handed.

We were recommended a florist nearby, who turned out to be excellent, and we were very happy with the flowers provided.

On the day of the funeral, all went smoothly.
