Nigel and Lucy could not have done more to help us through the difficult time when my mother passed away. They were always available to guide us through the process of negotiating bereavement during lockdown and ensured that ,even with only seven family members able to attend, the funeral service was as empathetic as possible. We were unfortunate to lose our dear Mum in April but so very very pleased we chose Nigel Guilder to take care of all our funeral needs.  My Mum was treated with the utmost respect, we were encouraged to ask questions at any time, Nigel was always on hand to reassure us and allay all our concerns, nothing was too much trouble.  Needless to say, the day ran smoothly, his team were exceptionally professional, we could not have asked for a nicer farewell for our dear Mum.  Well done Nigel and all your staff, we will certainly recommend you if the need arises.  Anita and Brian Jarman

I would have no hesitation in recommending Nigel Guilder. He kept in regular contact with us and answered any of our questions with grace and sensitivity. Despite the limitations of a lockdown, Lucy (Nigel's daughter) provided us with a lovely Order of Service and we were so touched as a family with the respect and dignity shown by Nigel and his team of coffin bearers on the day of my father's funeral.

Even in these distressing times Mums funeral was much better than we thought we could achieve. Nigel and his team were very thoughtful and guided us through the whole process. We were lucky because it was a burial so more people could attend.
