Friendly, efficient and accommodating. A very professional firm.
From start to finish everything was tailor made to our requirements and handled with a great deal of care, sensitivity and respect, making a sad and emotional time easier for the family to deal with and achieve closure.
From a personal viewpoint, as his son and executor, making sure the funeral did justice to my father was very important to me. I was responsible and could not let him down.
Nigel, Sarah and John gave me guidance and advice and helped me through a difficult process in a way only an independent family firm could do. I could see the pride they take in their vocation.
