We used Nigel Guilder a few months ago when my father sadly passed away and they were nothing short of incredible...again!
We used their services when my grandmother passed away 2 years ago and I can honestly say that I cannot fault them either time.
They make the whole process from start to finish very easy, they have a fantastic sense of humour for people like myself who hide behind comedy, they answer every question you could possibly think of, and if you break down all of a sudden you can count on them for a cuddle and cup of tea.
A perfect mix of everything you could possibly need during the hardest time of your life.

As always, in my years of experience, with Nigel Guilder;

We were cared for with a calm dignity that enabled myself and my family to celebrate dad's life exactly as we wanted....

Nothing was too much trouble. We also appreciated the calm response to our need to 'wait on the bank' for funds to be released to pay the fees and costs due.

It was refreshing not to feel under any pressure in this area too.

Further we are thankful that dad's cremated remains are being kept quietly waiting on their premises until we are able to disperse them according to dad's wishes.

Sarah looked after me and my family with such warmth at this terrible time in our lives.

The service and absolute friendliness helped make the whole process of mum's funeral so much less stressful - especially with the added constraint of liaising with a funeral director in the Midlands for the interment in Atherstone.

Guilders funeral services are the best you will find in the Chandlers Ford area. They've been excellent when both Dad & Mum passed away. Will recommend Guilders to anyone that needs this service.

I recently used Nigel Guilder Ltd. to arrange my husband's funeral and I cannot fault the service I received from them. From the help and advice offered to guide me through the process to the care and compassion shown by everyone with whom I had contact made what could have been a distressing experience bearable. Nothing was too much trouble and their patience as adjustments needed to be made was much appreciated. They have my heartfelt gratitude.

We were contacted on the day that Mum died and were able to make an appointment for the following day, which we found realy helpful.
We were treated with kindness and professionalism and given all the time and support that we needed to make a lot of difficult decisions.
We had frequent updates before the funeral and were greatly supported on the day.
