From the moment I arrived at Nigel Guilder's office a couple of days after Dad died the staff have been kind, friendly & very helpful. Our thanks to them all.
Bob Metcalf took the necessary details with professionality and sympathy & has arranged everything needed so that we didn't have to worry over arrangements totally unknown to us.
Thanks also go to Carol Colyer for taking the service at Southampton Crematorium and for being an understanding lady in a sad time for us.
