We are thankful, our late father chose Nigel Guilder Ltd to take care of his funeral plans.  Our Dad, Derek Hammonds was given the dignity and respect he deserved from the moment he was taken. We ourselves were put at ease, by the care, warmth and respect we also received.  A special thank you to John Firth and those who travelled to West Sussex, to make sure our late father arrived at the church on time.  Thank you for honouring our late father’s desire to be reunited with his late wife, our late mother.  A memory of a lovely funeral, we thank you all, for all you did to make this possible.

I cannot express enough gratitude for the outstanding support and services provided by Nigel Guilder Ltd during the incredibly challenging period following the passing of my beloved wife, Valerie, on Nov 15th, 2023. After 60 years of marriage, the loss was overwhelming, but Nigel Guilder and the entire team demonstrated unparalleled professionalism and compassion from start to finish.

From the moment they collected Valerie from her Palliative Care home to the serene Woodland ceremony where she was laid to rest, every aspect of their service was nothing short of exceptional. The care and attention to detail they exhibited throughout the entire process were truly remarkable.

One of the most poignant moments was the opportunity to visit Valerie on the 22nd of November, her 81st birthday, at her final resting place. Nigel Guilder Ltd facilitated this with grace and sensitivity, creating a space where we could cherish memories and say our goodbyes.

In a time of immense stress and sorrow, Nigel Guilder Ltd went above and beyond to make the entire process beautiful and memorable. Their commitment to providing comfort, their meticulous planning, and the genuine empathy shown by the team made a profound impact on our family during this challenging period.
