I have never had to organise a funeral before and the first time I do it was for my beloved mum.  I am so very grateful for the help, support and care I received by John and from his colleagues too.  John kindly and respectfully helped me to plan my mums funeral, kept in touch and went out of his way to contact me every couple of days. His help and guidance was second to none and his friendly and honest approach to all areas of my mums funeral was outstanding. Thank you so much for making an incredibly upsetting and hard time in my life so much easier.

John initially met with the family and guided us through the whole process with respect, empathy and absolute professionalism, keeping us informed at every stage.
