We couldn't have asked for more, we gave Mum a good send off all thanks to Nigel Guilder Ltd. Natalie and John along with the rest of the staff were, at all times, professional and sincere, but with added good humour that helped on such an occasion.
We hope not to have to use them again in the near future, but wouldn't hesitate if we had to again.

From the first telephone conversation Natalie put me at ease, when we visited to discuss arrangements we were treated with compassion, a smile, and again Natalie made our decisions easier, and was very caring.
Nothing was too much trouble, and I felt reassured that Dad was being taken care of, and every effort to meet our expectations was met.
The personal service we received from start to finish was a great comfort to myself, my Mother and our family.

I can fully recommend Nigel Guilder and his colleagues, they were patient, kind and extremely helpful to my family and I.

They added a few personal extras that we hadn't thought of, I had a lot of feedback from the mourners regarding the service as we gathered after the service. The comments were what a lovely service for David 's celebration of his life, so well organised and smooth running. This was down to Nigel & his team.

When thinking about organising a funeral after the passing of my Mum it was such a daunting feeling but then Natalie stepped in and not only listened to our requests but thought about the feeling we wanted to get from the whole experience. Based on what we said she suggested Emma Reed to conduct the service. Emma went above and beyond and between herself and Natalie helped to start to heal us as a family. We will never forget what they have done for us and no words can express our gratitude.

We could not have made a better choice than Nigel, Lucy and the team at the most painful and difficult time of our lives. They always showed us the utmost kindness and sensitivity and took the greatest care of our son Tom. They were always available, not restricting messages, emails or calls to standard office hours and this we found a great help. The funeral itself was planned with meticulous attention to detail and everything was as perfect as we could have wished for on the day itself. An outstanding company - we cannot speak highly enough of them.
