Stibbards took over all the necessary arrangements from the date we contacted them about Joyce's death and provided us with all the information as regards choosing a coffin, arranging flowers or donations to a charity and the conduct of the funeral service itself, which the Rev Jon Stannard led with dignity was very well planned. There was always a member of staff available to assist with any questions we wished to ask.

Having no experience of arranging a funeral before, it was daunting to make that first call. I needn't have worried as Kate McIntyre at Westcliff made it as straightforward as it could be. Her advice was spot on, it was like she knew me and what would be best for the circumstances. She responded to each email promptly and was a great help, always remaining patient, kind, professional and accurate. On the day of the funeral the staff from Stibbards at the crematorium were compassionate and helpful. I could not have hoped for a better service from start to finish.

Right from the start when I called Stibbards they have been so helpful and understanding.  From Debbie at their offices through to Jon Stannard who conducted a really wonderful funeral for my husband.  I was recommended to go to Stibbards and i'm so pleased iI did. They made the whole process that much easier and I would recommend them as they were excellent

Think in such unfortunate situations, as loosing a parent, you need to be guided and looked after and Stibbard’s most definitely did.

We can never thank you enough for the service recieved from you at this difficult time. You have been like another member of the family, always there to answer questions, allay our fears and completely understand what we are going through. You treated us all with such respect especially Brian - your care of him, for him, was overwhelming.
The funeral was beautiful, Brian would have been proud. The cars were fabulous and all the staff from Stibbards were outstanding.
Special mention for Lisa who has been there whenever we needed her, to Stuart for his special help with the car and for Martin who genuinely made us feel at ease as he led us through the final farewell to Brian. Thank you , you are first class.
