Stibbards were just brilliant as the communication was great and nothing was too much trouble. We live in Cornwall and arranging a funeral in Essex too a bit of extra effort and they were always there to help meet our needs. Lisa was a delight to deal with at such a stressful time. My whole family cannot thank Louise at Hockley enough. She has helped to make a very difficult time a little more bearable for us. Her empathy, attention to detail and professionalism throughout was outstanding making us feel very assured that mum was in the best hands possible.
On the day the bearers showed equal respect and organisation making the day run very smoothly.
Thank you to all who were involved both in the process and behind the scenes taking care of my mum in the days leading to funeral.

We cannot thank Wendy and the team enough for the incredibly professional and faultless service we received, taking most of the stress out of the day and meaning we could concentrate on giving Keith the beautiful send off he deserved.  The cars were beautiful and the team in attendance were so kind and respectful and  also impeccably turned out. Rev John Stannard was perfect for the family and was a welcome, comforting presence.

On the day of the funeral, Scott guided us through everything perfectly. He made us feel at ease straight away & was there in the background until we were ready to leave.
