All aspects of administration for the funeral (cremation) were dealt with promptly, efficiently and yet with a friendly and professional way. On the day itself Daniel the conductor was the epitome of calm and reassurance yet under stated-perfect.

From Wendy’s efficient handling of the booking which made everything easy, in spite of COVID restrictions in place.  On the day Martin and his team handled all aspects of the funeral with dignity and friendly respect.

I had no idea how to organise a funeral, but Debbie was really helpful! Each time I called with questions she answered with great patience even though was busy. On the day of the funeral all went really well again with great respect and kindness from all concerned. Wld not hesitate to recommend Stibbards to anyone who might one day need funeral directors. Stibbards provided excellent service throughout the whole funeral process. They kept us in touch and were so helpful at a very difficult time. I could also talk to them on the phone without hesitation and they put us in touch with the Minister who was also excellent. The visit to the Chapel of Rest was dignified, calm and reassuring. Thank you Debbie, Reverend Phil and the other staff for making my dad`s funeral a celebration of his life.

They are a very friendly team of people when you speak to any of them, and the reason I have only given 3 starts is because there were a few items that took a couple of phone calls to rectify amendments.  Example I called to ask for the ashes to be left at the crematorium which was a change to original plan but the message never made it through to right people. This sort of thing happened 3 or 4 times during the period of dealing with my mothers funeral. During this period you don’t want to have to chase people.

Extremely professional service. Being a 35 year old man I didn't have a clue what to do, they guided me through the whole process and helped me to give my father the best possible send off he deserved in these tough times.
