I have nothing but praise for everything Stibbards have done. Kate was so helpful and caring from the very beginning and throughout the dreadful days of postponements because of an eventual post-mortem. The service on the day was conducted with great care and efficiency by Lee and his team. I was very distressed but felt completely safe and secure - nothing was too much trouble.
I would recommend Stibbards 100%.

Stibbards made an extremely difficult time for our family easier to manage. There was constant support and communication making me feel at ease in the run up to the funeral. On the day they were extremely professional and organised, they gave my grandmother the send off she deserved. I highly recommend Stibbards.

Attentive and for the most part efficient admin staff. Smart courteous funeral staff. Although there was one hiccup on their part. This was however quickly resolved.

The staff are exceptional and went out of their way to help make the occasion as perfect as possible.Their attendance was just right striking the correct balance at all times and the vehicles used were spotless and very comfortable. I would like to say a huge thank you to Kate and all of her colleagues at Stibbards that helped to make the most difficult day of our lives go so smoothly. From the moment Stuart came to take our beloved Andy into their care until the time we left the crematorium after the service everyone has been so helpful, compassionate and respectful and made the whole process so much easier. The dignity that was present throughout has been so comforting for us as a family and Andy really was given the utmost respect. The ceremony had such dignity and just felt that we did our loved one proud.
I really can't thank everyone enough at S Stibbards and Sons.

At a time when you're not at your best to have someone like Debbie to help you in a kind gentle way is marvellous. Simon, the guy in charge on the day was calm, kind and dignified and went out of his way to make sure all was as we would like. Because of Covid mum's friends and neighbours weren't able to join the service but had gathered en rounded. Simon stopped the car and walked some of the route. Really moving. Thank you.
