Everyone at S. Stibbards & Sons are not only professional but caring in every way, nothing was too much for them to do for us.

I would especially like to thank Martin & Lisa for their fanatic support in helping us prepare and put everything into place for mums burial and also many many thanks to Scott and his team for the outstanding effortless attention on the day of the funeral.

I know death is not something that people like to talk about and less when its time to arrange a funeral but if it were possible I would recommend S. Stibbards & Sons more than 100%.

We had discussed a non attendance funeral and it seemed sensible due to Covid and the fact Mums friends and old colleagues were very elderly themselves. We also, as a family, have no religious beliefs and absolutely did not want any form of religious input. We found Stibbards after we realised a national advertisement had no local franchises, not realising that Stibbards would provide the service we required. As our ‘family’ undertaker of many generations l was extremely happy to be with them. They were absolutely faultless throughout the process. Kind, informative, and very professional. Everything was efficient and sympathetic. The obituary and donations page has given us great comfort and was a focus for our family that are dotted around the world. I would recommend Stibbards to everyone and it is a strange comfort that Mum was served by the family that had also served her own grandparents and parents. I should have called them first. I would take this opportunity to thank , Kate and the team at Stibbards , for the care and attention to detail , in organising mums funeral, everything worked out exactly as planned , obviously with covid restrictions making things more difficult than normal.
The one thing that I requested was to say a final goodbye to mum , Stibbards allowed myself , and my wife to do this , and I must say this was done in a safe environment, and mum looked very nice and at rest , thankyou Stibbards for allowing us to do this .
