We were very well looked after through the whole process by Scott and his colleagues. A very thorough explanation of everything and given time to consider all the details of the many options. The whole family was very impressed by the service and thought that it all was perfect to pay our respects and celebrate Dad's life.

Stibbards personnel are very good at understanding family grief when dealing with a bereavement and this was no exception. They were always available to ensure we understood everything clearly and easily. The day went very well and smoothly, as I would expect from Stibbards (having had to unfortunately use them all to often in the more recent years). The one small niggle
I have is with regard to payment of their invoice over which there was slight confusion. Everything was resolved swiftly once the confusion had been identified but it leave a slight tinge to the whole proceedings.

However, Stibbards are and will remain my preferred funeral directors.

The whole funeral was really lovely, the service was very good.everybody was really kind.I even received a book of memories which quite a few people signed. My special thanks go to Debbie who I must have driven mad with my endless questions.Scott who looked after me that day even got me a bunch of flowers from my bouquet.I can’t recommend them enough they are a very caring and helpful company.

Outstanding. Small issue with wrong people i church empty seats but people refused. Maybe just let people know of the issue. But spectacular service.
Found pauls shoes removed wishes id know why but tiny issues. Would recommend and will use again as faultless and thoughtful service in every way.
