Caring and empathetic from the moment we sat down to discuss arrangements until well after the funeral. Nothing was too much trouble and every effort was made to ensure that the event ran smoothly and as least upsetting as possible. Kelly went the extra mile and was fantastic. Susan and her team handled my mother's funeral with real care, all our wishes were met and everyone was very kind and thoughtful at a distressing time. I cannot fully put into words how grateful I am to Susan Whymark Funeral Services regarding the arrangements for the recent funeral of my late Mother. From the initial telephone call and then my visiting your offices I have really appreciated all the guidance that I received. I would like to thank Joanne for her patience and understanding through this difficult time and to Mandy for all her advice and support on the day, I feel I bombarded her with so many questions. The Pallbearers were so respectful bringing my Mother into the Chapel and the lady organising the music was so understanding that my family wished to sit and listen to the music being played and she advised there was no rush to leave. I am not sure if it was a co-incidence or had been requested but I really appreciated that the screen backdrop on the monitor with my Mother’s name had a picture of beautiful Daffodils. These flowers were my Mother’s favourite and to ensure they were at her funeral I decided to make a display of silk Daffodils. I now have an appropriate container for my Mother’s ashes until I decide on her final destination. As I said on the day this was a Celebration of my Mother’s life and the farewell we gave her was fitting to someone that enjoyed life to the full. Thank you again, I will be eternally grateful for all your help. Julie Bell
