There was always some-one there to help with arrangements whether by phone, email or in person. Those with whom I dealt were unfailingly kind, compassionate, helpful and patient. The administration and attention to detail was superb and Mandy and Cathy helped guide us through those decisions that needed to be taken. The conduct of the funeral and committal was dignified and fitting and everything ran as smoothly as could be hoped for.

Everyone involved in Ann's funeral made it respectful, caring and it was exactly what Ann would have loved.
From planning with Cathy, the support she gave from the complications we had at the beginning (outside of our control) to the regular contact, clarification, support and comfort that was above and beyond any expectations. It's difficult to navigate the practical necessities of dealing with a loved one's death. From the moment I rang Susan Whymark Funeral Services Ltd , I knew I was in safe hands. The night my husband passed away, they came to collect his body from our home and showed deep respect for him, and great compassion for me, as well as leaving a very useful booklet for me to read regarding next steps. When I visited their offices in Eye to make the arrangements, the process was efficient and sensitively handled. There's a lot to do when organising a funeral - choosing a location, viewing the body, getting flowers arranged, doing an order of service with photo montage and music. It was all new to me but Susan Whymark Funeral Services were informative and helpful at every stage. On the day of the funeral itself, the whole team of pallbearers and Susan Whymark were professional, well-organised and sensitive. The pallbearers were flawless at all points and the committal into the grave was seamless. Susan Whymark Funeral Services Ltd helped me give my husband a wonderful funeral and are professional and empathetic to the highest degree. In my opinion they are the best, and none can be better. Sending my grateful thanks to the whole team.

Nothing was too much trouble - great care was taken to ensure our wishes were carried out. Joanne always did what she said she would do and was a great help with planning the Service.

Everyone has been extremely friendly and helpful especially Cathy at the Framlingham office.
The only slight complaint i have is that i didn't want the curtains to close around the coffin on the day due to traumatic memories of this from my mum's funeral when a teenager. I see this as an unfortunate oversight and understand with so much happening it can easily be missed.
