Susan Whymark was incredible.  Actually she wasn't my first choice.  The first funeral home I spoke to was Rosedale's but It soon became apparent that they were going to make a very unpleasant chore, unbearable.  So I turned to Susan in desperation.  And I'm so glad I did.  She was kind, considerate and incredibly helpful.  The funeral I planned with Susan didn't take place as we'd hoped because of covid-19 but still it was the best it could be in the circumstances.  I would wholeheartedly recommend Susan Whymark.  I had no idea what was involved in arranging a funeral and I'm just so grateful I had Susan in my corner to help me through the process.

Kind, warm and professional. Susan Whymark Funeral Services made a very difficult time easier. They coped with attendees with special needs and a sign language interpreter with ease. 
We hope we won’t be needing their services again any time soon .... but when we do we would certainly use them again.

This was the second time I have used Susan for family funeral arrangements, I can only say that the service provided by Susan and her team was exemplary, attention to detail, communications and arrangements with the various official parties were all taken care of taking much of the stress and strain of my shoulders. I can't reiterate enough how dignified and respectful Susan and Kelly were with our son Charlie. I couldn't have asked for more and they bent over backwards for us. All preparations too for his funeral went smoothly and very professional. From start to finish the service I was given was none other than the best there is, I can't thank everyone enough for their support, kindness, and thoughtfulness everything that I asked for was taken care of, This was a cremation followed by a service of thanksgiving at the Church.
