At a time when my brother and myself were in shock it was a relief to have the support and guidance in making the arrangements. On the day of the funeral we were allowed to go at our own pace and we’re not rushed to do anything. All the staff we met were professional, calming, helpful and reassuring, and made a very stressful and anxious time easier to deal with. Thank you
