I've worked with Susan Whymark and her team many times in the past in my capacity as a church warden.  They've always been thoroughly professional and efficient and a pleasure to work with, even in intrinsically sad circumstances.  Now, in my own bereavement, they were, as always, professional, efficient, kind and considerate.  I would recommend them to help anyone through an inherently difficult time.

We used Susan Whymark before for my Dad’s funeral and we had a very professional experience on that occasion, so we wanted her to organise my wife’s service. We also wanted to use the same celebrant. Susan was very understanding and compassionate. Similarly, the celebrant was brilliant during the service. All the staff were very professional. Hearse and transport turned up very punctually. We were kept informed throughout the process and our wishes were accommodated at all times.

The team were absolutely brilliant, nothing was too much trouble even with the challenge of a rather large floral tribute in the shape of a train. My wheelchair even had its own transport and was there when I needed it. Our driver so so considerate and gave just the right level of care and conversation, they really cared for us, I would definitely recommend 100%.
