Susan and her staff provided my mother and father with a wonderful service. From the beginning there was a feeling of care and support right through to the funeral and internment. The planning was sensitive and detailed , if feel if we were being dealt with by an extended caring family.

We could not fault Susan Whymark and her wonderful team. A huge thank you to Mandy Porter who became our main point of contact. Even last minute changes to the order of service, that may have seemed trivial to some, were no problem at all. Nothing was too much trouble for them, even the robin in the tree singing is heart out added a special touch. The day went so well the most often heard comment as we left the chapel was "that was the nicest service we have been to" which from the ladies in the WI is praise indeed and the fitting send-off we had planned for a very special lady.

I would recommend Susan Whymark having just recently you them for my late brother .from the first phone call to advise them that my brother had past up until the day of the funeral thestaff was there 100% for us .the only one thing  I would have liked them to use was a privay screen from when they come to collect  my brother as my sister in law was in the room with him all the time and we just felt they could have asked us if we wanted to leave whilst they did everything they had to do for him to ready him to be taken away. But on the day they stopped at my brothers close as people was going to walk into the village as it’s too small for too many cars which we thought was a wonderful thing .Mandy the lady looking after everything done a wonderful job.
