Susan and her colleagues were absolutely wonderful. The organisation of a funeral comes at a bad time, when all you want to do is grieve, but they made it easy by suggesting choices, making sure everything happened as it should, chasing me up nicely when I forgot things. It all made an exceptional farewell for my darling sister.
