Susan Whymark did a very good job in organising Mum's funeral. Our initial meeting was with Louise who was a really nice person to deal with at a sad and stressful time. She guided us through all the things we needed to consider. We never felt hurried and were confident that she had everything in hand. She kept in touch about the practicalities ahead of the funeral and the team did an excellent job on the day.

I had been to a funeral which had where Susan Wymark had been asked to represent, I saw for myself the empathy and attention to detail that Susan Wymarks team delivered. I always knew I would choose this company if ever needed to. So when I sadly lost my dear husband I recently, I was comfortable knowing he would be well looked after.
The team were always professional and caring whenever I needed to speak to them, and the funeral went exactly how me and the family intended it to be.

I cannot thank Susan, Cathy and all the team enough for everything they did for me. There were a lot of geographically-distant family involved in the planning; it became very complicated and we unintentionally ran them ragged right up to the last moment. Somehow they pulled it off perfectly and were so kind and understanding. My husband Mark had a beautiful send-off and I couldn't have done it without Susan and her fantastic team.

We couldn't have asked for a kinder, more helpful experience. From the moment we walked through the door, we felt totally cared for. Mandy has answered all our questions and helped us organise my mum's service with such empathy. It felt so reassuring to have Mandy and her team with us on the day of my mum's service. Susan Whymark did a wonderful job of organising my Mum’s funeral. They were practical yet supportive and understanding. They organised the event exactly to my (and Mum’s!) specifications and it all went without a hitch. They were proactive throughout the preparations and ran the event smoothly.
