We can not thank Susan and her team enough. From the first meeting with Susan she made the appointment so easy. Explaining everything in detail. Helping us with decisions based on her experience. Such a warm and friendly lady who made it feel like nothing was any trouble. She made the planning of the funeral so straight forward. We couldn't of asked for more. At an incredibly sad and hard time for myself and my son, Susan and her colleagues helped us navigate the situation with warmth and kindness. The whole process went incredibly smoothly and everything had been thought of, taking a great deal of stress away from ourselves.

Susan Whymark Funeral Service Ltd were superb from start to finish. Louise was so professional and compassionate with the arrangements. It made the whole process much easier to cope with.
I would certainly recommend the company for your loved ones funeral. Even the order of service, music requirements and delivery of funeral flowers was dealt with.
On the day of the funeral, Susan and the team were so professional. Three of the grandchildren were guided how to be bearers. More than 280 people were at the funeral and Jill was given a much deserved professional send off.Thank you all so much.

Susan Whymark did a very good job in organising Mum's funeral. Our initial meeting was with Louise who was a really nice person to deal with at a sad and stressful time. She guided us through all the things we needed to consider. We never felt hurried and were confident that she had everything in hand. She kept in touch about the practicalities ahead of the funeral and the team did an excellent job on the day.

I cannot thank Susan, Cathy and all the team enough for everything they did for me. There were a lot of geographically-distant family involved in the planning; it became very complicated and we unintentionally ran them ragged right up to the last moment. Somehow they pulled it off perfectly and were so kind and understanding. My husband Mark had a beautiful send-off and I couldn't have done it without Susan and her fantastic team.

We couldn't have asked for a kinder, more helpful experience. From the moment we walked through the door, we felt totally cared for. Mandy has answered all our questions and helped us organise my mum's service with such empathy. It felt so reassuring to have Mandy and her team with us on the day of my mum's service. We can't thank you enough for making such a difficult time as easy for us as possible. Thank you for your care and kindness to our family.
