Mike’s celebration of life was perfect, it was a happy emotional day at Breckland crematorium set in beautiful gardens surrounded by the countryside.
This would not have been possible without Susan Wymark and her wonderful team.

Susan puts you at ease, which makes this whole process so much easier to deal with at a very emotional time in your life.

Thank you for everything, even taking Dougie the Westie for a walk round the beautiful gardens.

The services for my Mothers funeral were delivered excellently. From the beginning things were respectful, calm, clear and kind, with different options explained and choices noted. They recommended an excellent celebrant, and communication was first rate throughout. They conducted the service elegantly and brought a great sense of dignity to affairs.
At the ceremony they dealt with the sudden crisis of my car having a flat tire with great efficiency, going out of the way to make sure it did not affect the day and to solve the problem- fantastic service for which I am hugely grateful.

We can’t thank you enough for all the attention to detail you put into a very memorable service.

From the very start, Cathy helped us make difficult decisions and patiently guided us through the process.

The way you, Susan, handled everything on the day together with the bearers was exemplary. And little touches like the umbrellas and water bottles just added to it.

With grateful thanks and very best wishes,

GK & Family

As you may imagine having someone dear to you die is probably one of the most stressful things that can happen. Fortunately, we had already chosen Susan Whymark Funeral Directors before my wife died. We had been to see them, and had been guided through the process of deciding pretty well everything concerning how we wished to be treated on our demise.
When my wife died suddenly, Susan Whymark staff swept into action, guiding me through the final choices which needed to be made. William at Harleston was totally professional, precise, and compassionate; whilst making sure that I understood everything.
He kept everything on track despite changes that I made, and on the day the service provided by William and Susan Whymark was outstanding. It meant that I could concentrate on my grief at my loss, and know that I had nothing else to worry about.
I would recommend Susan Whymark without hesitation. I cannot praise them too much for providing an excellent service at that difficult time of my life.
