Thank you from myself, dad and the extended for all your hard work with taking care of all the arrangements and supporting us during this very difficult time. We really appreciated the ongoing support from Andy at the Uttoxeter branch. He has supported us from the start, he is very professional and we would highly recommend Andy services to friends. Andys colleagues from the Hednesford branch were excellent too, very professional and immensely helpful and supportive to family and friends throughout the day. Kind regards Nicola

I would like to thank Jo for all of her help in helping me to arrange everything I wanted for my husbands funeral, she went over and beyond to help me organise a casket, and she also helped me with the order of service too, considering this was an extremely emotional time for myself and family, she was so kind, friendly and she understood what I wanted, I would like to thank her as nothing was too much trouble and I’d definitely recommend the Co Op to anyone

Heidi Price is incredible. We simply could not have arranged this funeral without her help.

Tony Rabin gave the most beautiful tribute about my brother. It was everything that we wanted.

Kerry was so supportive on the day too. So kind and supportive to us.

3 incredible people have helped us to get through organising a funeral and on the day too. So supportive.

Especially Heidi. It’s like she’s been our guardian angel.

Very well handled all the way through, from start to finish. All the staff I dealt with were great, but I can't thank Leah enough for her help when we were struggling to get a death certificate. What could have been a painful process was made a lot easier thanks to her help.

On the day the funeral was well handled, and Tony was very helpful in making sure we knew exactly what was happening, and when.

A brilliant, all round service. Thank you.
