Full of praise for the entire team from my mothers passing to laying her to rest. Special call out to Faye and Andy who were so helpful and professional throughout - thank you! At the crematorium the team (Kerry) were excellent, so respectful and helpful throughout the service, thank you all through these difficult weeks.

Very well handled all the way through, from start to finish. All the staff I dealt with were great, but I can't thank Leah enough for her help when we were struggling to get a death certificate. What could have been a painful process was made a lot easier thanks to her help.

On the day the funeral was well handled, and Tony was very helpful in making sure we knew exactly what was happening, and when.

A brilliant, all round service. Thank you.

Tamworth Co-operative Funeral Service recently handled the funeral arrangements for my late wife, and I can not speak too highly of the service they provided. My Funeral Arranger, Heidi, was so very helpful in advising me and guiding me through every aspect and detail of the arrangements. Nothing was too much trouble for her, and I felt that a huge burden had been lifted off me at a time when I was at my lowest ebb. All of the staff were kind, compassionate and helpful, and on the day of the funeral the Conductor, Kerry, ensured that everything ran perfectly to plan. Everyone who attended was very impressed, and I felt that my wife had been a beautiful and dignified farewell. My sincere thanks to all staff at Tamworth Co-operative Funeral Service.

The team at Tamworth Co-operative Funeral Service are second to none. From the initial telephone call to notify of the death through making the arrangements, facilitating family requests, the actual service to collection of the remains the staff were all exemplary. Thank you to Paul for collecting my wife, Heidi for helping us with the arrangements, Kerry for leading things on the day and everyone else involved with looking after her and our family before she was finally laid to rest. I would never consider going anywhere else.

Although on the day everything went perfectly, I feel quite distressed about the number of mistakes which were made in the organising of my Mum's funeral and the misinformation given. The most distressing being that it was not explained that as my mum was being taken to the church at 5pm the evening before, that that was when the reception service would be and not that it would take place an hour after when all of my Mum's family from Ireland would be there. So when the Deacon performed the service, no one was there!!!
